June 2018, Quartet of Residential Projects Completed

Evora Construction has successfully handed over twenty seven new homes this month across four sites in Yorkshire. 
The team has completed six new units at the Laurels, Church Fenton, Tadcaster a mixture of high quality semi-detached houses and terraced style mews housing.
A grand Victoria town house has been brought back to life on Acomb Road, York, the building has been carefully converted to form ten new one and two bedroomed apartments with a new build element to the rear modelled on the former stable bock.

Meanwhile closer to the office the company has handed over ten, new one and two bedroomed apartments at Aviator Court, Clifton Moor an innovative scheme which has found new uses for empty office space.
The company also constructed a unique one off mews style house at Huntington Road, York, which features a lantern roof and walled garden together with private parking.

The housing types we have constructed will suite a variety of people at different life stages, from first time buyers, to expanding families through to downsizers.
