Evora Construction has successfully handed over phase one at The Laurels, the 6 new build homes have been carefully constructed for immediate occupation by tenants of Yorkshire Housing.
The 2 and 3 bedroomed mews style houses feature a lounge, kitchen dining area, downstairs wc, bathroom and external car parking.
Mark Reynolds, Director at Evora Construction said, “We are delighted to handover phase one of the Laurels, it has been a fantastic opportunity for Evora to work with Yorkshire Housing via our Client London Ebor Developments.”
Phase two comprising of 6 further mews style houses will be completed by late Spring 2018.
