After a glorious Early May Bank Holiday weekend the Evora team are looking forward to a number of new project starts.
New projects include the refurbish and upgrade of a vacant first floor office at Arabesque House, Monks Cross, York. The project includes strip out, refurbishment and CAT A fit out to the existing office units. We are working alongside Aspect 4 and Alan Wood & Partners to deliver the scheme.
We have also started on site at Broadhelm Business Park, Pocklington to deliver eight new high-quality business units working with DSP Architects, Mason Clark Associates and Aspect 4.
We have handed over Plot 6 at The Laurels, Church Fenton, a high quality 3-bedroom semi-detached house, 1 bath, en-suite and garage.
Another successful residential scheme handed over in April was for St Leonard’s Hospice this comprised of the conversion of a former storage space above a retail shop owned by the charity to create a new residential apartment in Acomb.
We have experienced good levels of tender enquiries across all sectors including newbuild, fit-out and extension schemes, we are looking forward to a number of further opportunities coming into tender over the Spring and Summer months.
