James House, York
This project was the internal fit out of a vacant office building into offices to suit the standards and requirement for CAFCASS for their new York base. The project saw alterations to the internal layouts, accoustic treatments to ceiling and new partitions along with additional mechanical and electrical alterations. This was followed with a complete access control system and new floor finishes and decorations. The works were executed in a Short programme period.
