Helmsley Court comprises of eight bespoke new speculatively constructed units ranging from in size from 1,000 – 3,000 sq.ft (93 – 279 sq.m).
The 11,000 sq. ft of light industrial and warehouse space offers local businesses much needed business space adjacent to the A1079 near Pocklington service station.
The units were constructed using strip and pad foundations. A traditional steel frame forms the shell of the individual units with Kingspan KS100 and multi-coloured micro cladding wall panels with coloured powered section overhead doors to give the trade park a distinctive yet stylish look.
Internally the floor slabs were designed and installed to accommodate a future mezzanine floor.
